Longer Eyelashes

WOULD YOU LIKE LONGER EYELASHES?

As attested by the amount of money spent on mascara and false eyelash kits, it is obvious that many women wish to have the look of longer, thicker, darker eyelashes. These products enhance eyelashes temporarily or involve the fitting of false eyelashes which are hard to apply and can damage the skin on the eyelid.

DID YOU KNOW?

There is a  way to stimulate growth of your own lashes by applying a topical product on the lid daily! This product is a cosmetic formulation of Bimatoprost (Lumigan) which is a medication used extensively to treat glaucoma of the eye. Patients using this product noted, as a side effect, that their lashes grew longer and thicker. The formulation has now been made available for the specific indication of lash fullness and length. It is marketed by Allergan under the trade name LATISSE (R) and is available at VIVA MEDICAL AESTHETICS.

HOW DO I USE IT?

A simple once a day application on your upper lash line is all it takes. The product will be absorbed into upper lashes and some will be transferred to lower lashes when you blink. You will see longer, darker lashes within a month, and with continued use, your results will continue to improve. When your lashes are at your desired length, you can reduce to a maintenance application of only a few times per week.

SAFETY

We used to think there was a very small chance of staining of the iris in light coloured eyes, but after extensive research this has been found to be false. Occasionally, some people may notice some redness on the lid which resolves if the product is discontinued for a few days.  This topical medication is safe and very effective when used as directed.

SO, THROW AWAY THE FALSE EYELASHES  and enhance your own NATURAL beauty
